ادخلوا على أي موقع من مواقع رفع الملفات مثل فورشيرد إن كان لديكم حساب
وإن كان حجم الملف كبير قوموا بضغط الملف بعد ذلك قوموا بجلب الملف إلى موقع التحميل ومن ثم يقوم بالرفع ويظهر لديكم رابط للتحميل
